You just can’t make this stuff up.
The White House Press Core Association (not part of the Trump Administration) voted to ban One American News for “breaking the rules,” after another reporter bullied her.

The WHCA wrote a letter stating that OANN reporter, Chanel Rion was banned after they claim she broke social distancing rules.
As you are all aware, the WHCA issued a policy last month to restrict seating in the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room to comply with CDC guidelines on social distancing.
Under this policy, we have asked reporters who don’t have a seat not to attend press briefings. We appreciate all your cooperation as we do our part to ensure the safety of the White House press corps and White House staff during this difficult time.
We are writing to inform you that the WHCA Board has voted this evening to remove a news outlet from the rotation for a seat in the briefing room. We did this because a reporter for this outlet twice attended press briefings in contravention of this policy.
We do not take this action lightly. This is a matter of public safety.

What Chanel did was stand on the sides because she was not given a chair but, take a good look at this picture from the last briefing, notice the members of the press doing exactly what Rion was banned for.

Other members of the Press Core organized Chanel getting the boot, the removal was orchestrated by CBS reporter Paula Reid and LA Times journalist Eli Stokols, the propaganda was pushed by CNN’s Brian Stelter (who is not a member of the White House Press Core).
OANN reporter once again standing in back of WH Briefing in defiance of social distancing requirements set in place by @WHCA. OANN is in the rotation of reporters who get to attend briefings but seem to think they get to play by different rules & put safety at risk. #COVIDー19 https://t.co/XhPjuib65I

There are 100+ media outlets in the United States with bigger audiences and better journalistic reputations than @OANN. But because the channel broadcasts pro-Trump propaganda, it is given preferential treatment at the White House.

I think President Trump should give Chanel CNN’s seat. I hope the Trump Administration acts and allows OANN back into the briefings.
“Journalists” that regularly attend the press conferences have complained about OANN presence at the briefings, especially after she asked President Trump about news agencies touting Chinese propaganda regarding the Wuhan virus.
On March 19th Rion asked, “The major left-wing news media, even in this room, have teamed up with Chinese communist party narratives, and they claim you are racist for making these claims about the Chinese virus. Is it alarming that major media players, just to oppose you, are consistently siding with foreign state propaganda, Islamic radicals and Latin gangs and cartels, and they work right here in the White House with direct access to you and your team?”
However, when the White House removed reporter Brian Karem’s credentials for causing an altercation with Sebastian Gorka the WHCA sued the Administration. The WHCA also supported Jim Acosta getting physical with a female intern who was trying to pass a microphone to another reporter.
