Recently, President Joe Biden met with the world’s newest dictator (we say that sort of in jest), Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. During the meet and greet before the press, Biden was asked if he mishandled documents.
His response was telling.

The documents discovered were during Biden’s tenure as Vice President which is a big problem because only the President can’t declassify documents.
The press is trying to cover for Biden, claiming this is different from Trump claiming that the National Archives wasn’t trying to get them back. Actually, the difference is Trump has the authority to declassify whatever he sees fit, not the Vice President.
Later Biden was asked about the second batch found in his garage and below was his response.

The House Republicans are also ready to pounce.
On January 10, 2023, Rep. James Comer of Kentucky, the new chair of the House Oversight Committee, sent a letter to White House counsel Stuart Delery, requesting all documents that were collected from Joe Biden’s personal office. The committee wants to know who had access to the office, details about the handling of classified documents, and communication between the White House and the Department of Justice and NARA. Comer has asked for these documents to be provided by Jan. 23.
Conservative commentator Michael Cernovich has an interesting theory. He believes this is Garland’s get-out-of-jail-free card, so he doesn’t have to prosecute Trump.

The regime wants Trump to run, not to become a martyr by being indicted.
