Alexandria Ocasio Cortez is at it again. She is always running her mouth about how Trump needs to be impeached or how ICE needs to be dismantled. She is clearly a student of Bernie Sanders who recently slandered Trump at a rally. Ocasio Cortez this time claimed that impeaching Trump would be a “No Brainer.” But I doubt she will ever debate anyone on that point. She claimed that if Republicans can impeach Clinton, then Democrats should be able to impeach Trump, during an interview on “Real America” with Jorge Ramos.
“I mean, yeah. To me, it’s a no-brainer,” Ocasio-Cortez claimed. “Well, I believe that he has violated the law. Violated potentially many laws, whether it’s the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution because he keeps his businesses open that foreign actors kind of participate in financial transactions with. Whether it’s what we are seeing with potentially illegal buyouts of campaign, you know, FEC violations of women that he is trying to silence.”
“But overall, you look at the bar that the Republicans held for impeaching Bill Clinton and somehow impeaching Donald Trump is supposed to be beyond the pale? It seems ridiculous to me,” she explained.

Ocasio Cortez is not alone in her opinion of Trump as she follows in the steps of Maxine Waters and Rep. Al Green. Maxine with her obnoxious calls for impeachment and Green trying to find a loophole. Green earlier this year claimed that Trump did not have to abuse his power or commit a crime. He simply had to “harm society.”
“This is a very sad time in the history of our country. This is not something that I enjoy talking about, nor is it something that I would like to do. But I think it’s becoming increasingly clear that the president will have two options: One, he can resign from office, or, two, he can face impeachment.
Impeachment is something that the Framers of the Constitution provided for a time such as this and a president such as Trump. The president does not have to commit a crime to be impeached. In fact, the president is not likely to be indicted, which means he’s not likely to be found guilty of a crime while he’s sitting, which means that if this comes before the House, it won’t come before the House as a president who has been found guilty, but rather as a president who is alleged to have committed certain offenses that are onerous to the Constitution and that harm society. And what this president is doing is harming society.”
They are all just grasping at straws. There is no case to impeach Trump. Schumer and Pelosi have both already denounced such claims. And the way they bash the president you know they would pounce if there was a real chance.
