Ilhan Omar has been making the news with her opinions on Israel. It seems like she might have a bias against them. Reporters confronted Omar and found her unreceptive.
“Fox News congressional reporter Peter Doocy questioned Omar on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., over the latest anti-Semitic comments she made where she suggested that Jewish members of Congress were trying to force her to have dual loyalties to Israel.”
“Are you anti-Semitic?” Doocy asked.
Omar refused to answer as she looked away.
“Would you support this resolution condemning anti-Semitism?”
Omar refused to answer.
“Would you support the resolution condemning all forms of bigotry?”
Omar refused to answer.”

But this is to be expected as Ilhan Omar just recently was on Twitter practically claiming antisemitism is ok when she responded to Democrat Rep Nita Lowey.
“Lawmakers must be able to debate w/o prejudice or bigotry. I am saddened that Rep. Omar continues to mischaracterize support for Israel. I urge her to retract this statement and engage in further dialogue with the Jewish community on why these comments are so hurtful,” Lowey tweeted.
“Our democracy is built on debate, Congresswoman! I should not be expected to have allegiance/pledge support to a foreign country in order to serve my country in Congress or serve on committee. The people of the 5th elected me to serve their interest. I am sure we agree on that!”
As you can see no one is asking Omar to pledge allegiance to Israel. They are simply asking that she stop being so biased against them. But she doesn’t seem to understand this or refuses to accept that Israel is our ally.
Omar said the same thing once before about duality and Israel.
“I want to talk about the political influence in this country that says it is okay to push for allegiance to a foreign country,” Omar said as part of a discussion about past anti-Semitism allegations lobbed at her.
In full context, Omar doesn’t explicitly identify who or what this “political influence” is coming from. But given her previous comments, the latest remarks struck many observers as playing into well-worn anti-Semitic tropes about Jewish attachments to Israel making them disloyal to the United States. Some were no longer inclined to give her the benefit of the doubt. On Monday, House Democrats unveiled plans to vote on a resolution condemning anti-Semitism that reads as a clear rebuke of Omar personally, criticizing the “insidious, bigoted history” of “accusations of dual loyalty.”
These supposed “rising stars” of the Democrat party are clearly not meant for politics. An anti-semite and a socialist that has allegedly mishandled nearly a million dollars worth of campaign funds, is this what the Democrat party is all about now?
