Poll Shows Troubling Results For Upcoming Presidential Election

A new poll done by FOX News has startling results. It appears if the presidential election were held today Trump would lose to all of the frontrunning Dems…

President Trump’s disapproval rating has jumped to 56 percent in a Fox News survey released Wednesday, just one point shy of the record high in Fox News polling.

The survey found a 5 percentage point increase in Trump’s disapproval from last month. The only time his disapproval rating was higher, according to Fox News, was when it reached 57 percent in October 2017.

Forty-three percent of respondents said they approve of Trump’s job performance, down from 46 percent last month. The record low for Trump approval in Fox News’s polling is 38 percent, also from October of 2017.”

The survey asks: “If the 2020 presidential election were held today, how would you vote if the candidates were…”

  • Joe Biden (50%), Donald Trump (38%)
  • Bernie Sanders (48%), Donald Trump (39%)
  • Kamala Harris (45%), Donald Trump (39%)
  • Elizabeth Warren (46%), Donald Trump (39%)”

The survey also asked: “How satisfied are you with the way things are going in the country today – are you very satisfied, somewhat satisfied, not very satisfied or not at all satisfied?” A combined 40% said they are “very” or “somewhat” satisfied, while a combined 59% said they are “not very” or “not at all” satisfied.

The Fox News poll isn’t the only one predicting a Trump loss if the election were held today. According to the RealClearPolitics average, the president would lose to Biden by approximately 8.6%, Sanders by 5.6%, Warren by 3.2%, Harris by 2.2%, and South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg by 0.3%.”

The saving grace is that this was a small poll of only 1000 people nationwide and hopefully more the of the country knows better than the Trump haters that participated in this poll. These Dems have yet to face Trump so the poll is premature. And the way Biden is continuously making gaffes, it will be interesting to see if he can keep it together if/when he faces off against Trump.
