Trump Has A Message For Antifa That They Won’t Soon Forget: ‘Watch Yourself’

When the leader of the free world tells you to watch your step, it would be wise to heed that warning. Then again, no one ever accused angry mobs of being ‘wise’.

According to Fox News, the self-described left-wing Antifa group posted videos of a mob outside the Washington, D.C., home of Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, chanting, “Tucker Carlson, we will fight. We know where you sleep at night.”

The now-deleted video was posted on social media by Smash Racism, D.C. The same group made headlines in September after activists confronted Sen.Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and his wife inside a restaurant during Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings.

The group posted on Facebook that Carlson spreads “fear into our homes,” and said it wanted to even the score.

“Each night you remind us that we are not safe. Tonight, we remind you that you are not safe either,” the group posted. They also chanted, “Racist s—bag, leave town.”

The Daily Caller asked the president what tactics law enforcement should practice when dealing with groups like Antifa:

“They better hope that the opposition to Antifa decides not to mobilize,” Trump said. “Because if you look, the other side, it’s the military. It’s the police. It’s a lot of very strong, a lot of very tough people. Tougher than them. And smarter for them. They’re sitting back and watching and they’re getting angrier and angrier.”

Trump added, “I spoke to Tucker — I think Tucker’s a great guy — and I think it’s terrible. They were actually trying to break down [Tucker’s] door.”

When the group started getting condemned for their move, one of the “protestors” drafted an OpEd in ThinkProgress about “their side of the story.” Of course, he did everything in his power to downplay their violent and destructive behavior, Town Hall reported.

Since President Trump took office, Antifa has ramped up their presence and the number of arrests has drastically increased.

Do you think they’ll listen? We doubt it. Let us know what you think in the comments below.
